Policies and Shipping Details

We ship locally within the USA with economy shipping for $15 (3–8 business days) and standard shipping for $25 (3–5 business days). All pieces are securely packaged in an MPS vegan pouch and shipped in a padded bag or MPS box, depending on the size of the purchase and location.

International shipping is available for $25 (6–12 business days) and express shipping for $35 (1–5 business days). Once an item is shipped and a tracking number is provided to the client, MPS is not responsible for lost packages in transit. International clients are responsible for any lost, delayed, or additional charges due to customs.

Return Details

All sales are final. Items may be eligible for exchange or store credit if they meet our requirements. If a product does not fit or isn’t to your liking, email the studio at studio@maraperaltastudio.com with the issue. Wait for a response from the studio team with next steps for exchanging the item.

We do not accept refunds. Exchanges are available as store credit only. Items must be returned to the studio address within 14 days of delivery. Late returns cannot be accepted. Exchanges are valid for US online sales only. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging/pouch. Clients cover the return shipping cost. MPS is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Subscriptions

Clients creating a subscription with MPS payment platform can update contact information, payment methods, and address when confirming their subscription.
